Assassin bug

Description:

An assassin bug of the subfamily Stenopodainae. Length about 14mm. Dark brown body with black wavy lines running down it's body. It is inactive, not moving. It does not bother about the ants that are marching underneath it's body which is something new and strange for me.

Habitat:

Hill of Aristo inn in Pinausok, Kundasang, Sabah, Malaysia.

Notes:

This is the first time I have seen this phenomena - ants marching underneath an insect without it being noticed or bothered. >>>Map accuracy : 50m diameter.
