Phyllotocus rufipennis

Description:

very deep golden brown , nearly metallic but not quiet , with grooved lines of darker brown . Very hairy.

Habitat:

Dry grassy woodland , very heave rain the night before , these where all out in the grass, and around small wildflowers in the grass

Notes:

Noticed atleast 30-40 of these in a small area today , and alot more hair than the ones i spotted last weekend , at devenport area.
