White Mycena

Mycena nivalis

Description:

Small mycena with viscid white cap & stipe. Caps were about 6 mm wide and widely convex with flat centres. Stipes were a pale grey and also showed some viscidity.

Habitat:

Spotted growing on damp eucalyptus bark -damp eucalyptus forest.

Notes:

Said to be uncommon.
