Unknown spotting

Description:

Unidentified insect eggs, possibly moth's. They were being checked by a small black wasp, that seemed to be eating the translucent cover of the eggs. Although I stayed at the place for some time, I didn't see the wasp laying eggs, but that obviously may have happened.

Its been two weeks since I spotted these eggs for the first time. I checked today, and they seem to be exactly as they were then.
