Catocala ilia f. conspicua
This was alive when I first found it... The next morning it had fallen from the ceiling outside my apartment and was in this state. =( I am only posting it to get an ID, and will gladly take it down afterward if anyone objects to its presence. Thank you =) Bayucca, thank you for your resilient search to ID this one! =D
I looked through 16 pages of Catocala sp. (Underwings), but did not found any reasonable match with this white spots. At the moment I do not know other moth types with this "underwings" in orange. Sorry, but it may be another genus than Catocala. But I still think it is a Noctuidae.
