Small gray songbird with crest, front of crest is black. Called several times with classic scold note

Habitat:

Kaufer-Hubert Memorial Park, Riviera (Kleberg county), TX -- Scrubland-type habitat and trees alongside the bay, in mixed flock with Ruby-crowned Kinglet and Blue-gray Gnatcatchers
