Description:

Also called the diamond weevil it is sometimes found in numbers and often on hilltops or at altitude. They are usually on Acacia. They are very large and obvious, hanging onto the fine foliage.

Habitat:

Found on almost every acacia (black wattle) sapling along the river bank of the Macallister River at Cheynes Bridge, Licola.
