This is a King Vulture. Wonderful coloration. They are indigenous to Central and South America.

Unfortunately that is often the case. It could be a fancy Pigeon from South America, I'm not familiar with that region. Looking through my books but not hopeful.

unfortunately this species wasn't mentioned anywhere.

Possibly not a native species if it is in a zoo so perhaps you could ask the zoo, and next time you visit and take photos try to remember to make a note of the name(s) if they are displayed prominently. I do not recognise it.
