Arum

Description:

1m (3') tall inflorescence, small reddish/orange fruits. I think it's a species of Amorphophallus but not 100% sure.

Habitat:

tropical rainforest on limestone

Notes:

I spotted at least a dozen of these flowers during an all day trek in Ba Be Lakes National Parks. I saw a few in their vegetative state but didn't get any photos of it. I had to put a shot of me to really show the scale.
