12 mm black fly with lace-like wings with a huge gold colored "dot" under its head. (2 spotted together)
Meadow in the Poconos, PA
Found 2 together in the meadow. Photos 2 and 3 the same one (slightly smaller than the first one.)

Apparently they are an early spring fly and prefer woods. Mine was at the edge of woods to long meadow.
