Bayucca is right Marvin, it could be Asura sp. There are several spotting of this Lichen Moth in the Philippines unfortunately we could not find the exact species name. This one is a Lichen Moth.
Erebidae, Arctiinae, Lithosiini. Could be an Asura sp. or one of the Lyclene/Asura/Barsine complex??
