There is a suggestion that mine is very lightly spotted for concinna but the variation seems to account for this.

Pyrgomorphidae, Pyrgomorphinae, Monistriini, Monistria sp. and looks like being Monistria cf. concinna, mostly based on the location you found it. Please, verify!! There are others around, like M. pustulifera, which might be a little bit out of the range and has more pronounced "blisters".
