Mustico Schmut

Description:

Suck big Mut

Habitat:

Grass Fields

Notes:

it's a crane fly AKA mosquito eater of the Tipulidae family. This one is an adult female. They are weak fliers. She may have already or will soon lay her eggs in the turf. The larvae or grubs as they are more commonly known are fast destroyers of a nice lawn and great fishing bait. This insect gets quite large but does not bite. And even tho they ... Ver másare called mosquito eaters, they do not eat mosquitoes. In fact they like dew or nectar if they even eat at all. The adult crane fly exists only to mate lay eggs and die. They are often found in bathrooms because they seek moisture. She is harmless and I think she is beautiful
