Did you tease it out of its pit? I used to be SO good at that when I was a kid. I've been trying to show my daughter one of these larvae and seem to have lost the touch. :-(

Thanks Aaron! This little guy played possum when we picked him up but I'm pleased to say soon recovered & made a dash for it!
