White-breasted Nuthatch

Sitta carolinensis

Description:

Small, sparrow sized bird. Blue/grey wings and back. White chest and face. Black stripe along top of head and nape of neck.

Habitat:

Often seen moving up and down the trunks of trees. Easily moves down the tree trunk face downward.

managed to get a pretty good video of this individual!! :)
