Rhabdomiris striatellus
The species is partial to oak trees. The body of the insect reaches 7–9 millimetres. The body is yellow to reddish brown and has yellow veins and dark stripes on its wings. The bug can also be much darker.

Check tarnished plant bug, Lygus lineolaris or similar. In this link the bug
is the same as yours but I am not sure it is correctly identified.

Thanks Satyen...time to get a new cam though...forced to work with low ISO (to avoid crappy grain in higher ISO) makes any shot to a risky procedure of blurryness - the smallest shaking and it's gone...just like on this one :(
