Lesser Goldfinch

Carduelis psaltria

Description:

Small yellow bird, w/ yellow throat, and belly, w/ green nape, and crown, and black, and white, stripes on its lower back, and rump.

Habitat:

this little bird was found next to golf courses, houses, and lots of cacti, there were small lakes, and ponds nearby.

Notes:

I don't know what type of subspecies is, does anyone?

Looks good for lesser goldfinch with paler wing bars and a greenish back. But you spelled goldfinch wrong :)
