Because of the urban location and its association with grass, C. molybdites instantly pops to mind. There are very few or no other mushrooms that resemble it in this setting, and a quick check underneath an aged specimen should verify its ID with its unique green gills. Do not eat -- its poisonous to adults, but not deadly. Nice find. :)
