Zonotrichia albicollis
The white-throated sparrow is a gray-breasted bird with white throat and yellow above the lores. Grayish bill. The female is same as male. This sparrow builds its nest on the ground underneath small trees in bogs and coniferous forests.
This white-throated sparrow was spotted at Kinder Farm County park along the walking path. He was bouncing from ground to a tree. I have also spotted them near our bird feeders getting seeds that were scattered on the ground.

What a sweet little fellow. Great photo too with such a beautiful 'painted' quality. Very impressive.
