Unknown Cosmopterigid Moth

Description:

A 10 mm long moth with purplish grey silky wings tented over the body. Bursts of white scales could be seen in transverse bands across the wings. Long labial palps were recurved. Legs were banded.

Habitat:

Spotted on a broad leaf wattle tree in a park.

Notes:

Have not found an ID yet.
