Thank you everyone! AmazonWorkshops: I spent the summers of 2009 and 2010 helping a fellow graduate student (now my wife!) with her research at the Amazon Research Center in the Tamshiyacu/Tahuayo Reserve. She was studying 3 species of tree squirrels in the seasonally flooded forest, which is where we came across this aquatic coral snake. We were actually out for a night hike just for fun, and found this snake crossing the path right in front of us!

Thanks for adding this to the mission! We'd love to know more about where you found it and your work in the Amazon!
