Orgyia antiqua
A very interesting life history - a striking dimorphism between the male and the female moths of this species. The male moth typically has orange- to red-brown wings; while the female moth has vestigial wings and is flightless with a swollen abdomen (de Worms, 1979; Waring et al., 2003).
