male weaver bird building a nest. it is built on a thorny tree branch which is usually hanging over a pond or a water body to get protection from all possible sides male builds the nest which female accepts or rejects depending on the site and structure.
Lovely bird. They are very interesting to watch, and they have a very interestng behaviour as well. I think that this is a Baya weaver. here is an other picture as a reference for your research http://ibc.lynxeds.com/photo/baya-weaver.... The one on your photos is a male.
