This looks very similar to a specimen I listed here: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/215...
I bet they are the same species.

If you have a garden, or your neighbors do, this is one critter you do NOT want. You probably know earthworms are a gardener's best friend. Well, this planarian is an earthworm's biggest nightmare. They are voracious predators of earthworms. And, being invasive (came originally from Asia), they do not have the checks and balances to control their population.

While they look cool, they are bad news.
