When the location is correct (what I guess) and this one is NOT from the Galapagos, then it must be this time the Small Painted Locust, Schistocerca literosa. But I am not sure. Markings and colors are almost identical (or identical) to the Large Painted Locust, Schistocerca melanocera. So this one could also be an escapee from the island (is that possible?), since Melanocerca is endemic to the Galapagos. What do you think??
