A very noisy young pigeon, fluttering its wings for food, especially when its parents are around. The last picture shows its parents.

Notes:

Juveniles have dull grey plumage missing the metallic hues of greenish purple on the neck.Their feet are grey too while the adults have bright red feet.

the last pair together are ferals with the orange eyes and white ceres.

This isn't a feral pigeon with that head beak and eyes, it's an hybrid mix of Wood pigeon and blue bar feral pigeon in image one
