Perched on an acacia (whistling thorn) tree, they prefer open woodland and savanna.

Notes:

Its diet consists of grasshoppers, beetles, and small amphibians usually taken from the ground.

Such a pretty bird. I like birds that are colorful. My favorite bird is the painted bunting. It is a pretty bird too. Nice shot. Keep it up
