My guess would be apple snail eggs. From what I could find, Pomacea maculata, Pomacea bridgesii, and Pomacea canaliculata have established themselves in Thailand.

Nice spotting! These look a lot like freshwater snail eggs. The "apple snail" is a name given to the snails in the family Ampullariidae. They lay large clusters of pinkish eggs that look like this. Take a look at these links to compare.
