California Boxthorn

Lycium californicum

Description:

Plant with thin, short, green leaves and small, white flowers. It reminds me of Chamise but I'm not sure.

Habitat:

Near Sikes Adobe in Coast Sage Scrub underneath Coyote Bush. This is a rare plant and is native to California and is found just outside the state.

Notes:

It is included in the CNPS Inventory of Rare and Endangered Plants on list 4.2 (limited distribution).
