Red-tail Hawk

Buteo jamaicensis

Notes:

Mom and I saw him trying to fly off but his foot was some how stuck in the ground growth. When a State Trooper tried to approach him he began to panic and that got him free. He flew off, swooped down and picked up a mouse!

Welcome to Project Noah, JDylanRieber. Your first picture is too obscure to see what it is; I'm hoping you can remove it and let this red-tail be your first spotting. Thanks for understanding.
