Hi Jason & welcome to Project Noah!
We can't see enough detail here to be able to identify the species of aquatic plant so please can you replace the photo with one that focuses upon the plant instead of the tank. We appreciate you are new to this community but we are a wildlife site so I would encourage you to get outside & photograph the nature of New Jersey for future spottings.
