Description:

Barred owls are medium sized owls, grey- light grey/brown with dark barring and pronounced facial disks.

Habitat:

Native to North America, they typically live in deciduous woodlands. They are the vocalists of the well known, "who cooks for you, who cooks for you all!" call.

Notes:
