Hesperiidae, Pyrrhopyginae, Phocides polybius. There are obviously some conflicting data about the range. P. p. polybius has this little orange spot at the wings, but this one should be in Panama and South of Panama. The one from Costa Rica would be P. p. lilea which has no orange tip. In Costa Rica and Panama sometimes species are overlapping. So to be on the safe side I only would take Phocides polybius.
