No, hatchling common snappers have the same type of keels on their shells as the alligator snappers do. Common snappers like this one lack the really narrow beak. Also, good find.
Great first spotting! But I think that might be a alligator snapping turtle because of the spikes on the shell (Macrochelys temminckii)
