Description:

Also known as Beaded Sea Anemone and Adhesive Sea Anemone. They feed on plankton, and play host to a number of commensal shrimp (such as the one shown in the last photo, a Red-claw Cuapetes Shrimp).

Habitat:

Found on coral and rocky reefs attached to the substrate, at depths of 3 to 30m. Widespread in the Central and Western Indo-Pacific areas.
