It's a small green caterpillar or larva of some kind in its mouth.

Hmmm, I think it's a Flycatcher, maybe Willow Flycatcher or Eastern Phoebe??? But wait for a suggestion from someone with more experience; I'm sure you'll get a good ID here, it's a great photo.
