Bighorn Sheep

Ovis Canadensis

Description:

Younger Bighorns have light brown to white fur coat. Older sheep have a darker brown coat and have substantially bigger horns. If horns go past eyes it's a trophy sheep with rare horns ( This has trophy horns but a bit is off on it's horn)

Habitat:

Mountainous terrain and steep mountain sides.

Notes:

Seen in herd with younger sheep in Jasper. (location not accurate) Some were higher up. Not very scared of the human activity/traffic of Jasper.
