True.
The friend was left out in cold for 2 hrs .They took the cell phone. After walking around for two hrs a lady at a hotel offered a blanket and a phone.

I always tell people that there is no such place. They prefer nice safe areas because there is something of value to take. Why would they bother with poor or bad neighborhoods because there is nothing of value there.

last weekend,one of my daughter's friend was car jacked at gun point in Oakland!.that to in a safe part of Oakland!
