Eurydema ornatum

Description:

The Eurydema ornatum is a species of the Pentatomidae family. Species of Eurydema are dramatically coloured, usually red and black bugs, but often with other colour morphs. E. ornatum can be distinguished from E. oleracea and E. dominulus by its larger size and exact patterning, although there is some variation in the arrangement of coloured and black patches. E. ornatum can also appear with the red patches coloured white and yellow-green.

Habitat:

Feeds on crucifers, including cress, radish and cabbages.
