Blackbelly Salamander

Desmognathus quadramaculatus

Description:

This salamander was around five inches long, had brown and white specks on it, and besides that it was completely black.

Habitat:

Under some rock in a fast moving stream near a waterfall.

Notes:

I was hiking on Indian Flats Falls and I found this salamander.
