Bedstraw hawk-moth, galium sphinx / Бражник подмаренниковый

Description:

Бражник подмаренниковый. Размер 29–39 мм. Передние крылья темно-коричневые, с контрастной светло-охристой продольной полосой, проходящей через все крыло, не достигая переднего края. Задние крылья черные, с широкой розово-красной перевязью. Вид широко распространен в Евразии и Северной Америке. Бабочки летают в июне и июле. В Оренбургской области в конце августа и сентябре отмечались особи второй генерации. Единственный из наших бражников активный как в ночное, так и в дневное время суток. Гусеницы живут па кипрее и подмаренниках. Куколкой перезимовал в хоз.помещении в земле. Вылупился сегодня. Видела гусеницу в прошлом году -зеленоватого цвета с красными точками(молодая форма).С наступлением сумерек быстро вылетел и пропал..

Hawk-moth in the span of the wings 55-80 mm. In the evening he eats on flowers, at night flies to the light. The pupa overwintered in the household in the ground. It hatched today. I saw the caterpillar last year-a greenish color with red dots (a young form). With the onset of dusk,he quickly flew out and disappeared .
