I think you have a Syrphidae fly; that's the family name. Also known as a flowerfly or hoverfly. I took a look around the internet to see if I could find a resource for your area, but didn't come up with one. There may, however, be one out there. This site http://syrphidae.com/index.php may be of assistance. I'd be curious as to what you find out.
