Description:

A large web is built, usually in a vertical position that allows them to trap flying insects like butterflies, moths, dragon flies and also grasshoppers. The male spider is very small compared to the female since the male is about 6mm while the female is about 2.5cm. a common characteristic among these spiders are the zig-zags of silk in the centre on the web.

Habitat:

This spider was found in front the sea.

Notes:

The zig-zag is mostly visible in the third picture from the series.
