Hugo Acararis and Tucan are the same just called different. Plus the one you have has black eyes and I believe now it is the Chestnut eared though the image you can't see if it has chestnut in the coloring. But it is the only one I found with yellow eyes, black head and yellow chest and belly with a solid red band

so far that is it. But the Black neck is overall the same the link shows black eyes and your image shows almost yellow.
