On the conservation list of Thailand, this is a rare species of beetle. Collectors are willing to pay big bucks for them. Our group found it in Thung Salangluang National Park, Petchaboon, Thailand. We put it in a glass and later in a bowl for everyone to see closely and later release it safely back to nature.
