Banded Toadfish

Description:

Brown to gray with dark bands; scorpionfish-like body, but soft scaleless appearance and few spines and skin flaps on head. Solitary, wedge in reef crevices, often in open at night.

@Andrew, its an easy decision.
Malapascua is unique, only place in the world where you can reliably see the Thresher Sharks nearly every morning.
You also have a chance to look for Hammerhead Sharks during the season.
And there are loads of other interesting stuff including nudibranchs.
There's loads of frogfishes of variety of colors and the unique Marble-mouth Frogfish that broods its eggs on its body.
Also, very good chance to see Blue-ringed octopus.

Albert, Malapascua is on my list of places to go...but there are so many amazing places to dive in the Philippines it is hard to know where to go first.

I know where to find them and luckily, not many Divers look for them as they are not as 'popular' as Frogfishes, so they don't get disturb too much :D
