Description:

Crombrugghia distans is a moth of the Pterophoridae family. The larvae feed on Crepis capillaris, Crepis tectorum, Crepis succifolia, Crepis conyzaefolia, Hieracium pilosella, Picris hieracioides, Heliotropium amplexicaule, Sonchus arvensis, Sonchus asper, Chicory and Cichorium albida. This adult was spotted while it was resting on a origanum plant, in a prairie in Tzoumerka mountains, Epirus region, Greece.
