Mushroom with a broadly convex cap about 55mm wide. The cap was a pale yellow with white flesh. Margins were incurved. Gills crowded; both long and short and grey in colour. Stipe appeared smooth.
Under tea-trees -Coastal shrub
Photos do not reflect true colour of cap - was distinctly yellow.
