It does look very similar to the picture.

Heraclides cresphontes is not found in Peru, it is a species of North- and Central America. In addition the row of spots is "flat", in Cresphontes some of the spots are "spiky". Cyniras is to my knowledge the only species without smaller spots at the lower margin of the forewing.
