Thank you Jellis. I see why you think it is from the Echeveria family, the flowers are very similar.

That's what you meant in the description, I get it now. Then it reminds me of Portulaca or maybe something in that family.

Do you have a pic of the leaves? That might help. I've seen these type of flowers before. It's some sort of succulent.
